: It was an adequate place to sleep for 6 hours
: We were charged twice, and the rude owner refused to even look at the proof.
We booked this room online, paid for it then, and when we checked into the motel, they charged my card a second time. I spoke to them in person, several times over the phone, and tried to reach out to them online multiple times. Each time they adamantly refused to consider the possibility that I'd paid twice, despite the fact that I have receipts, transaction records, and a booking confirmation email that says 'paid'. They refused to look at any of that. "That's not how it works" was their only reply, besides a half-hearted promise to "look into it".
In my dealings with them, I found the owners to be dismissive, argumentative, and dishonest, and I would highly discourage anyone from ever staying here.
The rooms aren't that great either
